We were recently blessed with the opportunity to travel to Denver for the weekend. Some of you might ask why it might be a blessing and it's because I was recently put on Standby at work. I was informed that there just isn't enough work to keep everyone there, however I'm not out of a job...at least not yet. I was informed that they may contact me to go back to work anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 months. This has been a very difficult time for us considering we are expecting our little one in only 12 weeks. On our way to Denver, we had the opportunity to stop off and spend the night with Andy's parents in Colorado Springs. It's always nice to get th

e chance to visit with them whenever the opportunity arises. Once in Denver we spent a few hours catching up with Kelly, Dayln, and Annie. It was really great seeing them and I know that we had a great time getting in some laughs. The majority of our time we got to spend with Andy's sister and brother-in-law, Scott and Christy as well as our beautiful adorable nieces Natalie and Teagan. Natalie really enjoys playing games and so we played Hearts with her twice. Teagan got the opportunity to feel the baby moving around. We also felt an elbow or knee for the first time and got to share that experience with Teagan as well. It doesn't feel like we ever get to see them enough which is why it's such a blessing when we get to spend time with them. We also had the opportunity to visit with Kayla and Jeremy Vandegrift. It was a great opportunity for us to get out of Durango for a weekend and catch up with some great friends and family.
